Charlie's trial experience includes more than 250 jury verdicts in a wide range of tort, insurance, commercial, and healthcare litigation.  He has had jury trials in North, South, East and West Texas, including Jefferson County and the Rio Grande Valley in both federal and state courts.

Charlie has won jury verdicts for product manufacturers, healthcare providers, and transportation companies. He has tried insurance disputes and successfully defended against allegations of insurance bad faith. He has successfully defended pharmaceutical products and companies, industrial plants and refineries involving catastrophic accident and toxic tort issues. Charlie has also obtained multimillion dollar settlements for accident victims.
